Our objectives are to create a safe and comfortable environment in which children can learn and grow, all the while learning about God's Grace--"Charis" the Greek work for Grace which is God's loving and unmerited favor toward us. Through play, interaction with others, and a fun curriculum, Charis Kids will develop confidence and grow emotionally, physically, academically, creatively, and spiritually.

Making new friends, sharing, taking turns, and expressing concern for others, children will develop socially and emotionally. Climbiing, hopping, running, jumping, making puzzles, and using manipulative toys will help physical development. Academically preschoolers will begin to grow toward Kindergarten readiness. Extending learning though field trips and many types of in-class art activities will help each one experiment and grow creatively at their unique levels. Charis Kids will discuss and observe God's Creation and their place in His world.

Our classroom, located in the Family Recreation & Education Center, is a roomy, clean, and safe facility that will help make the preschool experience comfortable and exciting.
