Heat and Lights!!

As of Friday, Diamond Heating, our HVAC sub-contractor, had installed and activated the heating system for the new dorm building. Just in time for the cold spell that hit Cannon Beach on Sunday! And just in time for the sheetrockers as they have nearly finished putting up the sheetrock and will begin taping and mudding soon. Inland Electric has been finalizing the electric work and activated the outside lights under the porches. With the concrete walkways poured and deck railings nearly in place both the outside and inside of the new dorm building are really taking shape. Plans have been underway for the interior décor and finish, including paint, floor coverings and fixtures.
