Women’s
Conference with Lisa Harper September 12
– 14, 2008
Lisa
Harper is a speaker and Bible scholar whose passion for
Starbucks coffee and motorcycles is rivaled only by her desire
to help others understand the relevance of the Old Testament in
everyday life. She combines sound biblical exposition with
easy-to-relate stories and a comedic wit helping women
understand and apply God’s Word to their lives in churches,
conference centers, living rooms and coffee shops across the
country.
Before she
officially hit the road, Lisa served as the director of Women’s
Outreach for Focus on the Family, where she was the creator and
driving force behind the organization’s
Renewing the Heart
conferences. She has been featured on radio and television
programs such as Midday Connection, Janet Parshall’s America,
Focus on the Family, and Life Today.
