Jeff
Carlsen - Executive Director
Jeff joined the conference center staff in 1983 as program manager. In
1996, he assumed the position of executive director. Jeff is an avid
sports fan who enjoys playing sports and cheering our local teams. Jeff and his wife Jean have two children, Adam
who graduated from George Fox University and Erin who is married and lives in
Alaska.
Janet
Kerns - Program Manager
Janet Kerns started at the conference center in 1982 and has been serving as
program manager since 1996. Prior to her current position, Janet developed
our children's program and retreat department. In her spare time, Janet
enjoys cheering for the Seahawks and is also involved with a ministry that helps
birth parents create adoption plans for their children.
In addition to Jeff and Janet, our staff includes more than fifty full-time
staff who are committed to providing the opportunity for our guests to
experience spiritual refreshment in a setting free from the distractions of
every-day life.
