A summer job is an opportunity to do something
special! Whether
you are in college or taking a break from your regular job, the
summer offers a chance to do something unique and exciting!
At Cannon Beach Christian Conference Center (CBCC) you can
spend your summer working in a renowned Christian ministry
located in one of the most beautiful destinations in the
Pacific Northwest. Cannon Beach is
famous for its terrific beaches, surfing, wildlife, mountains,
trails, and other outdoor activities.
Our summer family conferences have been a popular vacation
destination for more than sixty five years! Our attractive
grounds, comfortable accommodations, delicious meals, and
exciting speakers offer our guests the chance to relax,
refresh and renew spiritually!

As staff, you will have the opportunity to be part of a
tradition of excellence and quality programs that have made
CBCC one of the nation's premier Christian conference centers.
Awesome Fellowship is a way of life at Cannon Beach.
Everyone comes to the conference center at different places in
their Christian walk. By encouraging and exhorting one another
we build up each other in Christ and form bonds which last a
lifetime.
Meaningful Spiritual Growth is the goal of all that we do
at CBCC. Our summer staff have the opportunity to grow in their
commitment to Christ through Bible studies and worship times.
Two staff ministers are available to counsel and minister to
the individual needs of summer staffers.
Powerful Experiences which can prepare you for the rest
of your life are also a direct benefit of CBCC summer staff
employment. At the end of the summer you’ll leave with useful
job skills and practical work experience.
At CBCC you’ll learn
to integrate and apply biblical principals to everyday work
experiences. In a Christian environment you’ll learn how to
deal with conflicts and relationships in the workplace as well
as how to bring a balance to life.
Your experiences at CBCC may spark new interests, provide
