Summer staff can be a life-changing experience for a young person seeking an opportunity to be challenged and trained in a spiritually uplifting environment.

All summer staff positions are paid and include room and board.  In addition, CBCC offers two scholarship programs that can provide additional money for staff in college.  Last summer, CBCC awarded over $24,000 in scholarships to our hard working summer staff.  (If you are interested in making a financial contribution to our scholarship program, call 800.745.1546)

In addition to their daily jobs, summer staff participate in weekly Bible studies, prayer times, and a Sunday Night praise and worship service.  CBCC also brings in three special speakers each summer to lead teaching workshops just for our staff on topics that are relevant to them. 

Summer staff is not just work though.  A fun group activity is planned each week like bowling or a talent show.  We want summer staff to be the most fun, most rewarding experience possible!
