Sessions:
-
Schedule: There will be four (4) sessions during the week which include Friday 7pm // Saturday 10am & 7pm // Sunday 10am
-
Logistics Pre-Session: Before each session, please arrive in the Chapel 15 minutes early to be mic'd and participate in prayer with the worship team and the conference host.
-
Program: Here are the details of how the sessions are formatted. The first 30 minutes of all of them will be for worship and announcements. Your speaking will start after a transition from the worship team. You will have 40 minutes. We typically end the session with a worship song or a reprise.
-
Wednesday Evening Session (Summer Only): This family session will include kids being with their parents in Chapel. For this reason, this session is shortened with 20 minutes for worship and 25 minutes for a devotional. To both lessen your preparation time and to make this session a good fit for a wide range of ages, we’d like your devotional to focus on a key life verse or a significant verse the Lord has used in the last few years.
-
Wednesday evening staff chapel: (Summer Only): Our desire is to continue to have our worship teams lead a 20-minute session of worship for our staff. One suggestion would be for the worship team to play the same set list for both Guest and Staff sessions, reducing rehearsal time. However, with the addition of a Wednesday night session, we understand that playing at the Staff Chapel may not be doable for every team. We will need to know in advance if the choice is to opt out so that our staff coordinators can make accommodations.
-
It will be your responsibility to put together the format of each session, coordinating with the instrumentalists and speaker. Feel free to structure the worship time in whatever way you feel would be most productive. However, we do not want to start or end with announcements. Please plan only one song before announcements for the first session. You are responsible for creating your worship set slides for each session. We utilize Pro Presenter and can work with most presentation programs (Keynote, Power Point, etc). Please send your electronic files as soon as you are able, to our AV Technician, Ben Ross. If using Pro Presenter, sending the song titles will be sufficient. We have an in-ear monitor system. We use the Behringer P16 system. We have house IEM’s, but we recommend bringing your own.
