We are committed to making your stay the best possible. Of course, that includes the delicious food you will enjoy! We are able to confidently accommodate special diets for those requiring gluten-free, dairy-free or vegetarian meals.
We have ideas for those with other dietary requirements or food allergies (see below); however, for your safety, and because we do not have a licensed dietician, we have had to limit the special meals to the three listed above.

Help with Other Dietary Needs
Guests with other dietary needs can prepare their own supplemental meals/snacks in advance to bring with them. We can help with refrigeration, if necessary, and with the heating of your food items. These arrangements need to be made when you register.
Cautions and Limitations
Our facility contains wheat, gluten, eggs, soy, shellfish, peanuts and other potential allergens. We do not cook with peanuts, but we are not a peanut/nut free facility. Also, please note that since our kitchen is not gluten-free, food may be close or exposed to gluten-containing surfaces.
Our kitchen is not equipped to cook food brought to CBCC by guests.
