Greetings from the Oregon Coast!
We are delighted for you to be joining us this year! This page will provide information about your perspective conference. We encourage you to read all the way through before filling out any forms.

Sessions: Logistics

-
Program: Here are the details of how the sessions are formatted.
-
The first 30 minutes of all of them (except for Wed PM) will be for worship and announcements.
-
Your speaking will start after a transition from the worship team. You will have 40 minutes.
-
We typically end the session with a worship song or reprise.
-

-
Special Events:
-
New for 2024! Wednesday evening session at 7pm:
-
Open to all ages.
-
Session is limited to 45-50 minutes: including max of 20 mins of worship (no ending song), and 20-25 mins devotional/Q&A or both by speaker.
-
-
Wednesday evening staff chapel (8:30pm)
-
Our desire is to continue to have our worship teams lead a 20-minute session of worship for our staff.
-
One suggestion would be for the worship team to play the same set list for both Guest and Staff sessions, reducing rehearsal time.
-
However, with the addition of a Wednesday night session, we understand that playing at the Staff Chapel may not be doable for every team. We will need to know in advance if the choice is to opt out so that our staff coordinators can make accommodations.
-
-
Sandcastle Judge!
-
On Tuesday at 1pm, Kid’s Program will be hosting a sand castle contest for our guests. We want to invite you and/or 3 members of your team to be the judges for this event! Please let Esteban and/or Kylie if this is something you would like to do!
-
-

-
It will be your responsibility to put together the format of each session, coordinating with the instrumentalists and speaker. Feel free to structure the worship time in whatever way you feel would be most productive.
-
However, we do not want to start or end with announcements.
-
Please plan only one song before announcements for the first session.
-
We will have an offering time on Friday evening and would like this time to include a song.
-
-
You are responsible for creating your worship set slides for each session.
-
We utilize Pro Presenter and can work with most presentation programs (Keynote, Power Point, etc). Please send your electronic files as soon as you are able, to our AV Technician, Ben Ross at BenRoss@cbcc.net.
-
If using Pro Presenter, sending the song titles will be sufficient.
